Why theater?: I love being “in the moment” of a story.

Tell us about To Each Their Own: It’s a provocative story about love, deceit, family secrets and the struggles involved.

What inspired you to write To Each Their Own?: I was approaching my mid-40’s and I had a “now or never” moment. I’m self taught - I read “how to” books and many plays,  and I also attended as many shows as I could.

What kind of theater speaks to you? What or who inspires you as an artist?: I love honest, truthful stories that speak to me as a human being.

If you could work with anyone you’ve yet to work with, who would it be?: Pam MacKinnon

What show have you recommended to your friends?: Constellations

Who would play you in a movie about yourself and what would it be called?: Charlize Theron (ha!), “No Regrets...”

If you could go back in time and see any play or musical you missed, what would it be?: I’m embarrassed to say that I never saw Cats...

What’s your biggest guilty pleasure?: Red wine

If you weren’t working in theater, you would be _____?: Shop Owner
