Backstage Whispers: Lysistrata Jones Going to the Big Game?

As reported by the New York Post, Transport Group's critically acclaimed new musical Lysistrata Jones may be making the big move to the Great White Way. Although no official announcement has been made, an opening at a Broadway house may happen as early as this Fall.

The production is directed and choreographed by Dan Knechtges with a book by Douglas Carter Beane and music and lyrics by Lewis Flinn. The cast includes Patti Murin as the title character, Josh Segarra, Jason Tam, and the wonderful as always, Alex Wyse. Here's keeping my fingers crossed!
